Nicola Hall joins Partridge Homes after 21 years at Scanlans Property Management, one of the UK’s most established block management firms. Her knowledge of leasehold structures, service charge legislation, and the day-to-day demands of managing communal buildings is exactly what this division needs to launch with credibility.
Sarah Bannister joins from Martin and Co Solihull, bringing with her a detailed understanding of the local property market and strong client-facing experience.
