10/10 Service. I was attempting to sell my property in Solihull that had been on the market with another Agent with little success. I was highly recommended to Paul Partridge to discuss the potential of renting rather than selling. He managed to Let my property for £4950PCM, this was £1000+ more than another agent I engaged with.
