We’re in the Press Again — Partridge Homes

We are proud to share that Partridge Homes has once again been featured in the national property press. Property Industry Eye, one of the UK’s leading trade publications for the property industry, has covered the appointment of two experienced professionals who are joining us ahead of the launch of our new Block Management Division.

It is a moment that means a great deal to everyone at Partridge Homes — and one that reflects just how far this independent, family-run business has come. Two Experienced Professionals Join the Team

We are delighted to welcome Nicola (Nici) Hall and Sarah Bannister to the Partridge Homes family.

Nici joins us after 21 years at Scanlans Property Management, where she built a well-regarded career specialising in block management. Her depth of knowledge in this area will be central to what we are building with our new division. Sarah arrives from Martin & Co Solihull, bringing a strong background in residential lettings and property management.

That two professionals of this calibre — each with options to join far larger corporate firms — chose Partridge Homes says a great deal. As Managing Director Charlotte Partridge put it:

Nearly 20 Years of Steady Growth

Partridge Homes was established nearly two decades ago. From our offices in Solihull and Yardley, we now manage more than 500 properties across Birmingham, Solihull and the surrounding areas. That growth has not happened by accident — it has come from a consistent focus on doing the basics well: finding the right tenants, supporting good landlords, and maintaining clear communication throughout.

Alongside these new appointments, we have also recently joined Propertymark, the UK’s leading professional body for property agents — a further step in our commitment to holding ourselves to the highest industry standards.

And earlier this year, we were named Best Letting Agents in Shirley & Solihull — 2026 British Property Awards Gold Winner. Recognition like this reflects the effort that every member of our team puts in, day in and day out.

Introducing Partridge Block Management

The most significant development on the horizon is the launch of Partridge Block Management, currently planned for Q4 2026.

Demand for this service has been building for some time. Landlords, leaseholders and developers across Birmingham and Solihull have been asking us to extend our offering into block management, and with Nici now on board, we are in a strong position to deliver it properly.

Our approach will be deliberately selective. We are not looking to take on hundreds of buildings and operate as a volume-driven managing agent. Instead, our focus will be on a small number of buildings where we can maintain standards, communicate clearly, and manage properties the way they should be managed — with service coming first.
