Our approach will be deliberately selective. We are not looking to take on hundreds of buildings and operate on volume. The focus will be on a small number of blocks where we can deliver clear communication, consistent standards, and a genuinely hands-on service. Service will always come before profit.

The BeBeez feature arrives during what has been an exceptional period of growth. January to April 2026 represented the strongest opening four months for new lettings since Partridge Homes was founded in 2007. We currently manage more than 500 properties across Solihull, Birmingham, and the surrounding areas.

Solihull consistently ranks among the UK’s strongest rental markets, with average rents exceeding £1,259 per month — well above the national average.
