The awards are in their tenth year, and the organisers introduced tougher entry criteria for this edition. We are proud to have reached the finals across all three.
Three Categories, One Proud Team
Each of these finalist places means something different to us.
The Best Real Estate Business shortlist reflects the agency we have worked hard to build since February 2007. It recognises the systems, the people and the decisions that have gone into growing a trusted name across Birmingham and Solihull.
The Best Customer Service final is particularly close to our hearts. Looking after people is the reason we do what we do. Whether we’re helping someone sell a family home they’ve lived in for decades, finding the right rental for a tenant starting fresh, or managing a landlord’s investment over the long term, the quality of that experience matters to us every time.
Charlotte’s place in the Female Entrepreneur of the Year final is another proud moment for the whole business. Since taking over as Managing Director following Kevin Partridge’s passing in 2021, Charlotte has led the agency through a period of real growth — and done so with the same values the business was built on. This recognition sits alongside her 2025 National LIS Awards finalist place for Woman in Property of the Year, and it is richly deserved.

A Business in Strong Form
These finalist places come at a time when the business is performing well across the board.
Between January and April 2026, we arranged 129 new lettings — up from 72 during the same four months in 2025. That’s a 79% increase, and the highest four-month total we have recorded in our history. We now manage more than 500 properties across Solihull, Birmingham and the surrounding areas, and we have expanded our portfolio through formal partnerships with other local agents, two of whom have already outsourced their lettings divisions to us entirely.
Our 20th anniversary falls in February 2027, and the milestone feels well-timed. We have grown considerably since those early days, but the things that matter most have stayed the same: listening carefully, communicating clearly and taking care of the details.
Many of the clients we work with now have been with us for years. Some have bought, sold, let and rented through us at different stages of their lives. Others have sent family members and colleagues our way. Those relationships are a huge part of what we are proud of.
What’s Coming Next
We are not standing still. Later this year we will be strengthening our team further and continuing to invest in the systems that support how we communicate and deliver our service.
Our biggest upcoming development is the planned launch of Partridge Block Management in January 2027, which will be led by Nicola Hall, who joins us after 21 years at Scanlans Property Management. This new division will bring leasehold and communal building management under the Partridge umbrella ahead of our anniversary.
We also continue to run our Sports and Entertainment relocation service, which handled all 19 Birmingham City Football Club player relocations during the 2025-26 season — a record we are genuinely proud of.
