After building a trusted working relationship over a number of years with the men’s first team at Birmingham City FC, we were honoured to be invited to extend our services to the women’s squad.
This is about equality, professionalism and standards.
If an athlete is dedicating their career to representing the badge, they deserve to arrive settled, safe and fully supported from day one.

As part of this growing relationship, we were invited into the club’s training ground to present to the women’s squad on:

Q: Paul, why was this important to you?
Because standards matter.
We have spent years building trust with the men’s first team. To now be asked to support the women’s squad shows that consistency and professionalism speak for themselves.
Women’s football is growing rapidly. The infrastructure around it must grow too. That includes relocation, housing and financial education.
Q: Why present on property investment?
Football careers are short.
Whether male or female, players need to think long term. If we can help educate and support them in making smart decisions, that is part of our responsibility.
Q: What does this mean for landlords?
Demand is increasing.
We need:
• High quality apartments
• Secure gated homes
• Professional landlords
• Flexible completion timelines
The women’s game is growing and so is the requirement for premium rental accommodation in Birmingham and Solihull.
