• Space and privacy: detached properties, gated drives, and generous gardens are strongly favoured, particularly for players with families.
• Condition: properties must be genuinely move-in ready. A footballer arriving in Birmingham ahead of pre-season does not have time to wait for a kitchen to be refurbished.
• Location: Solihull, Knowle, Dorridge, Dickens Heath, and the Warwickshire villages consistently feature in searches. Edgbaston and parts of south Birmingham are also regularly requested.
• Specification: high-spec finishes, good broadband, and modern appliances are expected at this level. Gym space or a room that can be used for recovery is increasingly sought after.

If your property meets these criteria, the absence of a Rightmove listing is not a problem. In fact, for many of our clients, it is a preference.
