With over 20 years of experience in the property industry, Charlotte was the Co-Founder of the business in 2006 alongside her late business partner and father-in-law, Kevin. When establishing Partridge Homes, they identified a significant gap in the industry, one they sought to fill with a friendly and personal approach to property services.
Before venturing into entrepreneurship, Charlotte had honed her skills at two corporate Estate and Letting Agents, providing her with a solid foundation for the company’s vision. It was during this time that she observed where other companies often fell short and learned valuable lessons.
Charlotte and Kevin’s vision for Partridge Homes was rooted in a belief that many other agents were primarily motivated by sales and numbers, often losing sight of the people they served. After Kevin’s sudden passing in 2021, Charlotte’s unwavering commitment to upholding the values that formed the company’s bedrock became even more pronounced. She ensures that Kevin’s legacy continues by not only preserving but growing the business.
Charlotte’s dedication to maintaining a friendly and personal approach sets the company apart, cultivating enduring relationships with clients and colleagues.
In addition to her role as Managing Director, Charlotte is known for her remarkable friendliness, creating an inclusive and welcoming workplace. She also ensures that the business gives back to the community through regular charity donations.
Family is not just a founding factor of the business; it’s also a cornerstone of Charlotte’s life. She cherishes moments spent with her partner, Paul, and their three wonderful children, Alfie, Charlie, and Florence. Her commitment to both her professional and personal life exemplifies the core values that have underpinned our company’s thriving success.

Meet Susan, our Lettings Director with an impressive 15-year tenure within the company and Wife to the late Kevin Partridge. Her journey within the Financial Services sector began at the age of 16, accumulating more than 30 years of dedicated service, including roles at some of the UK’s largest corporations, where she honed her skills and gained valuable experience.
In her current role, Susan plays a pivotal role in our Lettings Department, ensuring that our business runs smoothly and efficiently. Her wealth of knowledge and expertise contributes significantly to the success of our operations, making her an indispensable asset to our team.
With a career spanning decades, Susan’s dedication, experience, and commitment to excellence are the driving forces behind our continued success.
Beyond her professional life, Susan is a loving mother to three children and a doting grandmother to six grandchildren, whose ages range from 14 to 1. Her family keeps her happily busy, and she also enjoys reading, walking and quality time spent with her loved ones. Susan’s passion for life outside of work mirrors her dedication and enthusiasm within the workplace.

Paul has had the privilege of assisting numerous top sports players when relocating to the area, owing to his close relationship with the West Midlands Sports Clubs, including Aston Villa FC and Birmingham City FC. His strong connections within the local sports community have allowed him to provide seamless transitions for athletes, ensuring they settle comfortably into the area. Tracey’s role goes beyond mere problem-solving; she’s a guardian angel for our managed rental properties. She conducts regular inspections to ensure each one is well looked after, making certain they meet our high standards. Lettings Manager

For the past decade, Nikki has been an irreplaceable part of our company. She holds the distinction of being the first non-family member to join our team, and in those ten years, she has become like one of our own.
In her role as Administration Manager and a key figure in the Lettings team, Nikki manages all properties with unwavering dedication, ensuring that every detail is handled seamlessly. With hundreds of properties under her care, she goes above and beyond to ensure that each one is nothing short of perfect.
Nikki’s day-to-day responsibilities involve working closely with landlords and tenants to ensure that everything is running smoothly. Her commitment to open and effective communication keeps all parties informed and content.
Outside the office, Nikki finds solace in her family, which includes her two wonderful children, Archie and Axl. Her love for them is evident in everything she does, both at work and at home.
